How to delete your DrawnTogether account
We’d hate to see you go, however if you decide you would like to delete your DrawnTogether account there are two different ways that you can do so detailed below.
Warning: Account deletion will delete all data associated with your account and cannot be undone.
If you delete your account, all of your art (with the exception of any sections that were used in an artwork by another user) will be deleted from the app as well, so please be sure to download your art beforehand if you want to keep it. Any sections you’ve drawn will also no longer be available for other users to combine with their own.
1) Delete your account from within the app
By far the simplest way to delete your account is from within the DrawnTogether app
1) When logged into the app tap on the ☰ icon from the bottom navigation bar to go to the app settings.
2) Tap on the second setting tab titled “account.”
3) Tap “Delete Account”
4) Confirm you would like to delete your account.
2) Submit account deletion request
If for some reason you cannot access the app to delete your account or you would prefer we delete the account for you, please fill in the account deletion request form below. Be sure to include the email you used to create your account, and your app username. After submitting your request a representative will follow up with you as quick as they can (approximately 24-48 hours) to confirm the account is yours and that you want move forward with deleting your account.
